CXps 2025 Call for Sessions

Submission guidelines
We’re celebrating our 10th anniversary, and CXps 2025 will be our biggest and best conference yet! We are looking for exceptional content to shape our agenda and seeking dynamic, interactive CX leaders to share their knowledge with those just beginning their CX journey, as well as our CX veterans. PLEASE NOTE: The system does not accept PPT files. If you would like to include a PPT with your submission, please email it to pamela@clientsavvy.com. Thank you!
We will be accepting presentation abstracts that fall into these tracks:
• CX Fundamentals: These sessions are intended to teach or reinforce fundamental CX concepts and should be accessible to those exploring CX or early-phase CX professionals.
• CX Case Studies: CX Case Study sessions are presented by CX practitioners to their peers. These should be presented by people internal to a professional services firm. Consultants wishing to share a case study must co-present with a peer from inside a firm.
• CX Innovations: These sessions are intended to push the boundaries of CX. What new problems are being solved? What new methods are being developed? These sessions should invite the audience into a world of “what if?” so that together, we can explore what’s possible as a community.
Sessions formats can be the following:
• BIG Ideas: 15 to 20-min session in the General Session area focusing on sharing innovations or new ideas.
• Breakouts: 1-hour session in a breakout room focusing on successful CX programs or initiatives.
• Workshop: This is a two —to three-hour workshop that offers attendees the chance to practice CX concepts in a small group and leave with actionable plans to take back and implement in their firm.
